Pick-Up and Delivery

Our laundry delivery service makes it easy to skip laundry day, with delivery right to your door. Sign up for a weekly service, or use us when the laundry starts piling up.

We offer pick-up and delivery services in Pasadena, CA by appointment for your utmost convenience. Currently we are offering pickup and delivery on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We have different plans to meet your laundry needs. We charge by the pound or by a fixed bag price.

Different Pick-up & Delivery Services

We charge by the pound - Clothes are picked up and weighted at our laundromat. Please see our price list for specific prices for items. Invoice will be send over with total price before delivery scheduled time. All invoices needs to be fully paid before laundry is delivered. Unpaid invoices will result in delaying of your delivery.

One time Service $2.00 per pound - Minimum of $40
Recurring Service $1.75 per pound - When you are on a weekly scheduled pickup and delivery plan.

Wash and Fold Laundry Process

After your bag is picked up, our drivers bring it to our laundry facility, where it's weighted and scanned in to capture any preferences, cleaning notes, or other specifications you might have.

Your items are then sorted by lights and darks, pockets are checked and any visible stains are pre-treated to our best. (But we ask, please double check your pockets). All laundry picked up are washed, dried and folded like any items that you would run through a personal washer and dryer. We ask you to not included any item that isn't able to be washed in a washing machine. If you have items that needs to be hang, they need to be indicated during scheduling and $0.50 for each hanger is charged unless you provide your own hangers.

Create your laundry account, give us any special instruction you might have from senstivity to etc. Remeber, our goal is to make laundry day as easy as possible for you. From our drivers to our production team, your clothes are in good hands. For frst time customers we will contact you to confirm pickup and dropoff.

On Pickup Day

We ask for you to have your laundry ready to go when the driver arrives. You are welcome to leave your laundry out infront of your door for a contactless pickup. We ask that all laundry be in a bag. If your items are heavy soiled please have them in a heavy duty plastic bag.
